Manage the security of stores and resources, both in camp and when deployed, ensuring they are safeguarded and ready for operational use. 5. Forecast and plan supply demand, handling, storage, and distribution, ensuring resources meet mission requirements. 6. Mentor and manage junior supply chain personnel, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development. 7. Perform regular assurance checks and inspections to ensure all supply chain activities comply with policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 8. Oversee unit equipment accounting, ensure accurate records, and conduct regular audits to maintain accountability.
