The Job Role:
* Chef Manager to oversee catering for a high end B&I site
* The Chef Manager will oversee production of this fresh food feeding 200/300 per day
* The Chef Manager will lead and develop a team of 4
The Requirements
* A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
* A Chef Manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
* Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
* A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
* Computer literate and can liaise with clients
