7.5 Tonne DriverLocation: Tiverton, EX15 3XAPay: £14.99 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, start between 4:00am and 6:00am, finish between 1:00pm and 5:00pmWe are looking for a reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our client's team in Tiverton on a temp-to-perm basis.You will be responsible for delivering products to customers, including pubs, supermarkets, and events, ensuring deliveries are made safely, on time, and with excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver goods to customers safely, on time, and in full, following all legal and company requirements.Work closely with the Warehouse, Transport, and Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Support yard and loading activities as required.Complete multi-drop deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards.Carry out vehicle checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report defects or incidents promptly.Adhere to Working Time Directive, driver hours, health & safety, and company policies.Handle delivery issues professionally, escalating to the Transport or Customer Service team when needed.Act as a role model by working safely, respectfully, and with integrity at all times.Support continuous improvement and assist with training new team members as required.QualificationsValid UK C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)Current and valid Driver CPCCurrent and valid Digital Tachograph CardBasic numeracy and literacy skillsForklift licence (B1 Counterbalance) is desirableExperience of multi-drop deliveriesSkills & AttributesSelf-motivated with the ability to use initiativeStrong time-management skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a time-sensitive environmentClear and confident communication skillsCollaborative and supportive team mindsetPositive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvementYou can look forward to the following benefits:28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata)Access to Manpower Rewards (Discounts on adventure days)Access to the MyPath upskilling programme£14.99 per hourWeekly payAbout our client:Our client is a leading beverage company, bringing together a rich heritage in brewing and soft drinks innovation.
