Operations Director Role
As Operations Director, you will be overseeing the General Managers and responsible for all sites, including different concepts and formats, with founders supporting you. You will have experience in high-quality food venues and a strong operational background. You will work alongside the Directors on brand standards, maintenance, HR, training, individual site management, customer feedback, and financial performance with full P&L accountability.
