Successful candidates may be offered a permanent contract of 45.5 hours per week.

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy freezer warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated candidate looking for long-term employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.
The role involves operating forklift trucks within a freezer environment, carrying out full pallet movements, and supporting customer order picking when required. Heated cab trucks are provided for operator comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Moving full pallets within the freezer warehouse
Loading, unloading, and relocating stock
Carrying out case picking for selected customer orders
Completing stock movements accurately using warehouse procedures
Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
Supporting general warehouse duties where required
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Valid Reach Forklift Licence
Previous experience working in a warehouse or freezer environment preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and safety conscious
Comfortable working in a cold-storage environment
