Kolt Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Reception Administrator to join a busy Accident Repair Centre (Bodyshop). You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries with professionalism and ensuring the smooth running of our reception and administrative processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities * Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone. * Managing incoming calls, emails, and bookings for accident repairs. * Liaising with insurers, engineers, and customers to keep them updated on repair progress. * Preparing and processing job cards, estimates, and invoices. * Coordinating courtesy cars and handling associated paperwork. * Ensuring compliance with company and insurance processes. * General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or automotive service environment is desirable. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Confident in using Microsoft Office and bodyshop management systems (training provided if needed). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * A proactive and positive approach to teamwork.
