Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly in food preparation and service, paired with proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the business, managing operations with an entrepreneurial mindset, staying within budget, and applying strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of profit and loss.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all restaurant operations, including food production, service, and guest hospitality.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
* Lead, mentor, and support staff, including chefs, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
* Supervise daily activities to maintain efficient workflows and timely service.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent stock and timely deliveries.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, seasonal offerings, and new menu items.
* Track and report on operational performance, including sales and staff productivity.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
* Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
