About the role…
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic, supportive and growing commercial team working on our Northumbrian Living Water Enterprise Account. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking partnership where you’ll learn from our current Quantity Surveyors and apply your knowledge to live projects. You’ll support the team in delivering key commercial and contractual responsibilities, assist operational teams, and contribute to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
This role is based out of our Durham office, and you will spend a minimum of 3 days a week working from the office or on site.
This role is a September 2026 start.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the full project lifecycle — from estimating and procurement through to cost management and final accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of valuations, cost reports, and project forecasts

Helping to assess and manage project risks and opportunities
Contributing to project meetings and commercial reviews

You should be graduating in 2026 or already graduated from your degree qualification. You’ll be digitally confident, a clear communicator, and able to collaborate with others while also taking initiative. We value organisation, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning.
We welcome applicants from a range of degree backgrounds including Quantity Surveying, Business, Maths or Finance. If you’re passionate about quantity surveying, we’d love to hear from you.
