Teaching Personnel is looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive primary school in Blackpool. This role involves working closely with pupils who have additional needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing tailored support to pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
* Assisting the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Ideal candidate:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
* Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
