Employment Counsel – Global Blue-Chip | London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a global blue-chip business on a key Employment Counsel hire. You’ll sit within a high-performing legal team, advising across UK and international operations with a strong focus on corporate employment, reward, and senior stakeholder matters.
What you’ll do:
* Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a wide range of employment law matters
* Advise on executive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures (including bonus and LTIPs)
* Support on corporate transactions, including M&A
* Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and related documentation
* Partner closely with HR, Reward, and senior stakeholders across the business
Who we’re looking for:
* A qualified lawyer with strong UK employment law experience (private practice and/or in-house)
* Proven experience across corporate employment, including TUPE
* Strong background in reward, benefits, and executive compensation
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in a business-facing role
* Commercial, pragmatic, and collaborative in approach
