Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 (flexible for the right candidate) + Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package
A leading manufacturing organisation in Cornwall is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their growing operation. The Role:
You will take ownership of the manufacturing engineering function, leading a team of skilled engineers while driving performance improvements across the plant. A key focus will be on optimising OEE, enhancing processes, and introducing robust Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems to support long-term operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and manage a team of manufacturing engineers
* Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
* Implement and embed TPM methodologies across the site
* Support the transition to a more advanced, modern manufacturing environment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce downtime
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
