BIM Engineer / Coordinator – Northern Ireland True is exclusively representing a multi-national decarbonisation and data-centre specialist, working in partnership with local authorities and developers to deliver low-carbon energy solutions for new build and retrofit projects across Europe. The business is growing rapidly, having doubled its turnover in the last three years, and recently appointed two new Heads of Department to continue expanding their design team from their UK offices. We’re looking for a BIM Engineer / Coordinator to take ownership of Revit model development, coordination, and clash detection on large new-build and retrofit projects. You’ll be involved across sectors such as education, healthcare, energy, and critical infrastructure, with projects typically valued between £15M and £40M. There is a clear path for career progression, and you’ll be supported by a wider design team across several flagship offices.
