An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Infection Prevention and Control Team at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. This post is to provide day to day support to the site-based Infection Prevention and Control Team. You must be organised, completing tasks in a timely way and be able to support the Infection Prevention and Control Team to meet internal and external deadlines. Please be advised that this post is not eligible for sponsorship Effectively communicate with staff across the Trust and with members of the public/other professionals in external organisations Deal effectively with routine and non-routine enquiries Maintenance of office stationery, office supplies and uniforms via online system ordering To ensure timely completion of the E-Rostering system for the Infection Prevention and Control Team To support the Infection Prevention and Control annual work plan, continually contributing and participating in, patient and business improvement agendas and events. This will require undertaking any project work as directed, utilising relevant Trust IT systems, as determined by the role, ensuring all relevant data is collected and input accurately in line with Trust and Programme guidelines. Share ideas for potential service improvement. It will also include co-ordinating the planning of service improvement events, study days and actively participating in them.
