We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Care Team Leader to support and guide our team in delivering exceptional care every day.
About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll take responsibility for leading shifts and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will:
1. Lead and coordinate the care team on shift
2. Ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery
3. Administer and oversee medication procedures
4. Support care planning and resident assessments
5. Maintain compliance with care standards and regulations
6. Promote a positive, inclusive environment for residents and staff
Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing residents’ wellbeing and maintaining a strong, supportive team culture.
