Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week Salary: £40,500 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join an established facilities management provider, supporting a major UK retail portfolio. The role will involve maintaining and repairing a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and catering equipment across retail outlets. You will complete regular planned visits, undertaking PPMs, reactive maintenance, and minor repair works as required. Key Responsibilities: • Completing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. • Delivering reactive and planned maintenance on commercial catering and bakery equipment. • Carrying out emergency lighting and fire alarm testing and repairs. • Completing general repairs and maintenance across designated customer sites. • Identifying non-repairable faults within plant and machinery and reporting findings to management, including recommendations for replacement equipment. Qualifications / Experience: Essential: • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation / Maintenance. • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). • AM2 and/or 2391 (Inspection & Testing).
