We are seeking a commercially driven Internal Telesales Executive to support growth within our automotive aftermarket business. This role focuses on re-engaging low-spending and dormant customers, increasing account activity, and maximising sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact and relationship building.
* Contact existing and inactive customers to drive sales and account engagement
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships via regular communication
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
* Promote new products, offers and seasonal campaigns
* Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
* Collaborate with internal teams and external sales colleagues to support growth
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Support customer onboarding to the B2B ordering platform
* Assist with administrative sales tasks and attend trade shows as required
