An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the clerical team in the Health Records Department at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be responsible for providing a full clerical support service within the Health Records Department. The main focus of the role will be to supervise and support the clinic prep and admissions team.
Computer literacy and experience in the accurate inputting of data is an essential requirement for this post as are organisational skills. Methodical method of working and a keen eye for detail is crucial to this role.
Being flexible and adaptable to change is crucial to this particular role.
Training on in-house information systems however, will be provided.

Person Specification
Education & Qualifications
* English & Maths, GCSE level 4 and above, O'Levels grade A-C, or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience
* ECDL/CLAIT - Qualification or working towards
Knowledge
* General knowledge of office procedures
* IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Customer Service Training
* Awareness of Date Protection, Information Governance and standards for maintaining health records
* Knowledge of NHS environment
Experience
* Customer Service experience
* Familiarity with hospital patient administration system or other computer systems
