4. Support employee relations cases, including investigations and resolution processes.
5. Coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
6. Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
7. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
8. Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
9. Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
10. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Adviser should have:
11. Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Strong organisational and communication skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
15. A professional qualification in human resources or a related field is desirable.
