Overview – Hygiene Supervisor:

It takes strong leadership, high standards, and someone who can get a team pulling in the same direction. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to lead a team within a busy food manufacturing operation. You'll be responsible for maintaining excellent Hygiene standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving a culture where Hygiene is everyone's responsibility.

Responsibilities – Hygiene Supervisor:

• Leading and developing the Hygiene team
• Managing daily Hygiene activities across the factory
• Maintaining audit-ready Hygiene standards
• Supporting food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance
• Conducting Hygiene inspections and investigations
• Driving continuous improvement within the Hygiene function
• Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams

Required Experience – Hygiene Supervisor:

• Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Team Leader, or similar
• Food manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene, food safety, and sanitation processes
• The ability to lead teams, solve problems, and raise standards
