National Account Manager Role
TRIBE is looking for an exceptional National Account Manager to be a pivotal part of our next phase of growth. The role is based at TRIBE HQ in London, with a mix of work‑from‑home and office attendance (three days a week). You will manage several of TRIBE’s key strategic grocery accounts, delivering outstanding results and driving rapid growth.
Responsibilities
 * Manage relationships with key grocery retailers, agreeing annual growth plans, promotions, new product launches and joint sales activities to grow all key accounts.
 * Lead the line in winning new distribution for TRIBE, landing NPD and incremental space in key customers.
 * Build strong relationships so customers love working with TRIBE, including leading brand days and activation plans.
 * Manage the P&L for all key accounts to ensure we grow profitably.
 * Report and analyse monthly sales data, delivering performance insights to the TRIBE business, closely collaborating with the category lead and marketing team.
 * Define and execute in‑account growth strategy to support overall TRIBE growth.
 * Influence internally and become a recognised expert in the space.
The Candidate
 * Minimum of 2 years in commercial FMCG roles, ideally with high‑growth SME experience.
 * Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting internally and externally.
 * Driven to win growth and hungry to deliver daily results.
 * Passionate about building businesses and creating social impact.
 * Excellent negotiation skills and experience leading JBP discussions.
 * Positive, enthusiastic people person who thrives in a high‑growth scale‑up environment.
