Responsibilities
1. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
2. Design and execute seasonal menus aligned with guest preferences and hotel standards
3. Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team to maintain a productive and positive working environment
4. Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations (including HACCP)
5. Collaborate with the General Manager and senior management to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a hotel
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen practices
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in service
* Creative and passionate about food innovation and presentation
* Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
