Job Purpose: I’m a very friendly and approachable woman from a creative arts background. As I have muscular dystrophy, I require support with domestic tasks and leisure activities.
Location: Norwich.
Details: Domestic tasks including laundry, cleaning, washing up and emptying the bins; Food preparation; Supporting me to go out in my powered wheelchair or possibly drive my car; Support and encouragement with exercise; Running errands as required.

* Experience in moving and handling.

Summary terms and conditions
* The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour.
* You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
* Hours and times of work: Approx. 6 hours per week, flexible but usually Tues, Wed & Thurs mornings
* The annual holiday entitlement will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
