The Role
The firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join its Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
* Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues
* Drafting and advising on contracts of employment, policies, and procedures
* Advising on dismissals, redundancy processes, and restructures
* Advising on and negotiating settlement agreements
* Supporting senior team members on complex and strategic matters
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ+)
* Solid grounding in employment law gained during training or post-qualification
* Strong drafting and communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
* Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and committed to developing a career in employment law.
