SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary SEN School (Reigate) We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary SEN school in Reigate on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. Working Hours: Monday – Wednesday: 8:15am – 4:45pm Thursday: 8:15am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:15am – 4:00pm About the Role: You will be working closely with students with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Support students in both classroom and one-to-one settings Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Encourage independence and social development Requirements: Previous experience working with children, ideally within SEN A proactive and positive attitude Strong enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting young people Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who truly cares about making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
