Cover Supervisors Needed – Day-to-Day Supply (North West London)
Are you a proactive, confident individual who enjoys working with young people? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day supply cover across secondary schools in Harrow, Brent, and Barnet.
Whether you have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or are looking to start a career in education, we would love to hear from you!
The Role:
* Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
* Build strong rapport with students and staff
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident communicators with a proactive attitude
* Individuals who can engage and motivate students
* A passion for working with young people
* Experience in schools is beneficial but not essential
