Role: Junior Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 + Commission/OTE

Key Responsibilities
* Support and manage relationships with a portfolio of client accounts
* Work closely with well-known global brands, supporting projects from start to finish
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and strong ongoing relationships
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional solutions and services
* Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their partnership with the business
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers
* Maintain accurate account records and track client engagement and performance

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to supporting clients
* Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
* Commercially curious and motivated to develop within an account management career
* Eager to learn, grow and build long-term relationships with clients
