Amazon has a strong presence in non-US markets, including Europe, Japan, China, India, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, serving customers in over 100 countries monthly. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to engage with Sellers within one or more product categories as part of our EU Expansion Team. This role involves managing marketing initiatives for sellers on Amazon's new European marketplaces, helping them expand and grow their businesses in partnership with Amazon.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue across various Seller segments, working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Key responsibilities include driving seller engagement, expanding marketing funnel growth, and working with internal teams across EU, US, and CN to foster seller adoption and growth from diverse regions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Achieving business and financial goals to grow Amazon’s third-party seller business.
2. Identifying and implementing scalable solutions to improve the Marketplace for all Sellers.
3. Sharing insights with global teams to promote best practices and identify new opportunities.
4. Conducting deep analysis of marketing reach and seller performance to accelerate growth.
5. Collaborating with Product teams to identify scalable growth opportunities.
6. Managing projects aimed at enhancing customer and Seller experience in coordination with internal teams.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in professional non-internship marketing roles.
* Proficiency in data-driven decision making.
* Experience with Excel or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
* Experience in building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using customer research, data, and metrics to forecast and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
* Experience with systems/tools such as email, web analytics, and CRM platforms like Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce.
