Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented accounts / Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various departments as needed. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve a diverse clientele.
Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
* Process incoming and outgoing payments through the companies software
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of documents.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management.
* Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders to promote collaboration.
* Handle office supplies inventory and procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a broader audience.
* Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
