Health and Safety Manager - Laboratories
Salary: up to £50,000, plus benefits
Location: Oxford (5 days per week on-site)

We are seeking a highly motivated Health and Safety Manager for a dynamic life sciences property and lab operations facility. This hybrid position plays a crucial role in supporting scientific clients and maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will:
Act as the primary onsite liaison for lab clients, managing onboarding and ongoing client services.
Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.
Coordinate laboratory safety, chemical inventories, equipment installation, and compliance protocols.
Manage hazardous waste disposal, lab permits, and incident documentation.
Support community engagement activities, events, and client feedback initiatives.The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in property or laboratory operations within a life sciences setting.
Strong knowledge of lab safety procedures, chemical management, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple operational workflows and client relationships.
Good organisational skills with a solutions-driven, customer-focused approach.
