We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in Halifax that is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of office operations
2. Ensuring internal records and documentation are kept accurate and up to date
3. Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
4. Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
5. Managing office supplies, systems, and facilities
What We're Looking For:
6. Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
7. Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) is essential
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. A proactive and approachable attitude
10. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
