Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in a secondary school setting.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one).

Responsibilities
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and preparation
* Providing one:on:one and small group support to students
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities
* Contributing to the planning and development of learning resources
* Supervising students during break times and school trips
* Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback to teachers
* Liaising with parents, carers, and other professionals
* Encouraging student participation and engagement in lessons
* Acting as a positive role model for students
