About the role
Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online. Typical responsibilities include:
1. Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards in the shop
2. Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
3. Monitor wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards
4. Participate in food preparation and serve customers
5. Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming

About you
If you have experience as a Supervisor or Line Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and have worked in food-on-the-go or retail, this role could be for you.
