About the role
Student Ambassadors are current UWE students employed as casual workers to represent the University. They act as positive role models, providing a first-hand view of higher education benefits and representing UWE Bristol at various events and locations (on campus, virtual platforms, schools, colleges, community settings) to support marketing and recruitment & outreach strategies.
Skills and Experience
We seek enthusiastic students who are eager to represent their course and university. The role involves high levels of customer service. No prior work experience is necessary, but you must be keen to work in a customer-facing environment. Reliability and commitment to accepted shifts are essential.
Hours
The work is flexible and scheduled around your studies. As casual workers, hours are not guaranteed, and you are not obligated to accept offered work. We expect ambassadors to respond to invitations for on-campus recruitment events such as Open Days and Offer Holder Days.
Please note, applications are only accepted via the application form on the student ambassador webpage; email applications or CVs are not accepted.
Application procedure
For more information about the role, application deadlines, and the application form, please visit the Student Ambassador Scheme Webpage. The deadline is 20 July 2025.
