Overview
Barnabas Aid International is looking for a creative and committed Junior Graphic Designer to join our Media and Design team at our Swindon office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to develop their skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll work across a wide range of projects, helping to produce compelling visual content that raises awareness, encourages prayer, and supports fundraising for persecuted Christians around the world.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the design and layout of print materials including magazines and newsletters
* Creating graphics for social media, email, and web
* Supporting brand consistency across presentations and communications
* Adapting and regionalising resources for use by international offices
* Collaborating with outreach and communications teams on creative projects
Qualifications
* A strong design portfolio
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* A good understanding of layout, typography and colour
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
* A heart for humanitarian work and alignment with Barnabas Aid’s Christian mission
Role Details
Based in Swindon | Permanent, full-time | Monday–Friday
This role sits within a collaborative and energetic team, offering a great environment to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully to a global ministry making a real difference. There is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian, engaged in their local church.
