The role will require the successful applicant to:
· Provide support and advice to both customers and YESSS Staff
· Support YESSS Branches as their installers undertaking works in the Security sector.
· Provide support to the external YESSS Security Specialists by responding to enquiries whilst they are out the office.
· Create, manage and maintain tickets within their queue within achievable time frames
· Attend, either in person or remotely, a monthly department sales meeting.
· Continue professional development by attending Manufacturer training courses either in person or online.
· Deal with Technical Support Enquiries and follow escalation strategies
· Help develop an ever-growing knowledge base for both internal and external use
· Liaise closely with suppliers and manufacturers for project delivery and product information.
· Have the ability to pro-actively manage a varied and demanding workload.
· Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to cope well under pressure.
· Show previous technical sales and industry experience. This is not essential as full training will be provided.
Coverage Areas
The role will require any prospective employee to provide technical sales support to our YESSS Branches throughout the Company and will be based out of our Head office in Normanton.
Minimum Requirements
· Be within a commutable distance of Yesss Electrical's Head office in Normanton.
· Be able to manage their own workload and calendar planning.
· Have a proven track record in customer care and/or account management.
· To have a proactive and "can do" attitude.
· To work well individually as well as part of a team.
· To be competent with CRM management tools and Microsoft office suite.
Desirable Experience Required
· Previous experience within the electrical/Security wholesale industry.
· An interest in the Security sector.
