Job Title:New & Used Car Sales Executive

Salary:Competitive basic + OTE £40,000 Uncapped
Hours:Rota-based, including Saturdays
What You'll Be Doing
* Selling new and used Ford vehicles, along with relevant accessories and finance products
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through consultative, customer-first conversations
* Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining long-term contact throughout the ownership journey
* Conducting part-exchange appraisals, test drives, and accurate vehicle handovers
* Preparing and processing sales documentation with exceptional attention to detail
* Following up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
* Supporting showroom presentation, digital leads, and prospecting activity
* Ensuring full FCA compliance at every stage of the sales process
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in automotive sales or a target-based retail/customer service role
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and a professional, ethical approach
* Strong IT skills and comfort using CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
* A team player who thrives in a busy, performance-driven environment
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends on a rota
