This is labour-only install work with a steady pipeline not and one-off jobs.
The Opportunity
* £110 per window / £130 per door (labour only)
* Typical teams earn£800£1,200+ per weekdepending on output and workflow
* Weekly pay (no paid-when-paid delays)
* 100300+ units available across the programme
* Initial start in 12 weeks
* Phase 1: ~5 weeks
* Phase 2: ~15 weeks+ ongoing
The focus is to build a small number of reliable teams and keep them consistently busy as volumes increase.
The Work
* Window and external door installations
* Mixture of property types (details being finalised)
* Work allocated in line with coverage and availability
* Ongoing pipeline - not stop/start
What Were Looking For
* Established window installation teams (2 & 3 man teams preferred)
* Experience in domestic, social housing, or volume installs
* Clean installs xkybehq and good standards (no call-backs)
* Able to work in Mid/North Wales (initially)
