Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Maths department.
* Lead the established Maths department and Strategic Leadership Team.
* Manage staff and resources to maintain high teaching standards.
* Support the school’s ambition to be a top‑performing institution, ensuring students achieve well above national averages.
Qualifications & Requirements
* UK QTS or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification.
* Experience as Head of Maths at any stage of career; British trained or overseas heads considered.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
Benefits
Permanent full‑time role with a salary ranging from £180 to £350 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. Included in the daily rate is holiday pay at 12.07%.
