We are a large, friendly nursing home in Brentwood, specialising in elderly and dementia care, and we are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Provide high-quality personal care - including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting ? Support mobility and daily activities - helping residents stay active and engaged ? Offer companionship - building strong relationships and providing emotional support ? Assist at mealtimes - ensuring residents have the nutrition and hydration they need ? Monitor residents' well-being - reporting any concerns to senior staff ?
