We are looking for an experienced EYFS Phase Leader to guide our team of highly skilled teachers and support staff who work as part of an effective, compassionate and cohesive team. This position would suit an excellent practitioner with previous EYFS Leadership experience. As a Phase Leader you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and work closely with the Headteacher to ensure the strategic mission, vision and values of the school continue to ensure an outstanding experience for all members of our community.

The post will involve facilitating high quality learning, working with subject leaders across the whole curriculum, to ensure effective and creative teaching and learning that meets the varied needs of all children in our nursery and reception classes.

4. Has successful experience of leading an Early Years Team and a passion and vision for early years teaching.
5. Has excellent subject knowledge and a clear understanding of continuity and progression in EYFS.
6. Is highly ambitious for the pupils, leads by example and has a successful track record in raising achievement and supporting accelerated progress.
7. Effectively secures high levels of emotional well-being for every child
8. Is an approachable, empathetic team player who holds high expectations of themselves and others.
