Position Purpose
The CE&E IMI team designs impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated solutions. This role is part of the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team, focusing on personalized, outcome-oriented customer experiences based on insights and human-centered design.
The Content Adaptation Manager works closely with the Agency to deliver quality adaptations of centrally created content, based on inputs from the CX Engagement & Channels team. The role also manages the process between the CX Engagement & Channel Team and the Content Hub Production team, ensuring briefs are received, uploaded, and managed with clear localization requirements.
Major Accountabilities
* Collaborate with the CX Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand customer journeys and content plans, and adapt content accordingly.
* Brief Content Hub Production Team on content production and manage revisions.
* Support adaptation of content to local label requirements for compliance.
* Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with Content Hub and CX Activation Director on localization and engagement plan delivery.
Minimum Requirements
* Fluent in German.
* Strong marketing, content, and project management skills.
* Experience with content adaptation in agencies or on the client side.
* Understanding of content quality standards.
* Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
Desirable Requirements
* Understanding of regulatory environment in HCP marketing.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
