Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers, assessing vehicles, providing estimates, and coordinating appointments.
* Provide an extraordinary customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Listen actively to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
* Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
* Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
* Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
* Maintain strong customer relationships – keep the customer in the know every step of the way!
* Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.
What You Bring:
* Previous Service Experience – A minimum of 1 year in a customer focused role required.
* Professional & Friendly Approach – A customer-first mindset with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Strong Communication Skills – You create trust and long-term relationships effortlessly.
* Detail-Oriented & Organized – You efficiently manage service details, schedules, and follow-ups.
* Valid Driver’s License – With an acceptable driver’s abstract.
