Key Responsibilities
* Suitable for individuals beginning a career journey toward becoming a registered clinician (e.g., clinical psychologist, nurse, occupational therapist)
* Ideal for candidates passionate about:
* Upholding human rights
* Supporting people with complex mental health and behavioural needs
* Requires some prior experience in a support or care role
* Delivering evidence‑based interventions
* Ensure adherence to person‑centred care plans (including positive behaviour support plans)
* Promote person‑centred outcomes across the service
* Act as a guide and advisor to staff using structured support plans
* Work within an LSHG service
* Liaise with established clinical teams
* Ensure prescribed interventions are delivered effectively
* Support co‑production of care plans with service users and families
* Collect and monitor outcome data
Role Requirements
* Strong interest in clinical psychology or related disciplines
* Career aspiration toward further clinical or professional training
