Our well-established client law firm based in Potters Bar is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor of at least 10 years + pqe, who can run their own caseload without supervision and have the opportunity to expand the department by re- establishing connections with clients and creating new relationships with clients who are generated within the firm (and from enquiries from their website) from property work and to build on the existing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be working stand alone with the support of an experienced Paralegal, a f/t legal secretary and a p/t legal secretary, where you will provide digital dictation to the secretaries, along with further support of the partners, whereupon they will be expected to expand the department.
Ideally you will have worked in private practice with a general litigation caseload with a mix of property litigation, ie; residential and commercial landlord and tenant, together with experience of general contract disputes and forfeiture and dilapidation claims for commercial properties and be interested in the property side of litigation.
