We are looking for experienced and highly capable engineers who are passionate about solving challenging problems and delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
Creating and managing detailed 3D CAD models and associated manufacturing and assembly drawings
Leading and supporting mechanical design activities across product development projects

Supporting design reviews and applying best practice design lifecycle processes
Contributing to engineering excellence and continuous improvement across the team
Providing technical input to future product developments and business opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
Broad engineering knowledge, with exposure to systems, electrical, electromechanical, or rotating machinery disciplines
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD platforms
Experience in manufacturing techniques for enclosures, such as metal fabrications, castings, welding, and surface protection
A solid understanding of materials and their mechanical properties
Experience designing to stringent standards, including for shock, EMC, and thermal conditions
Familiarity with structured design processes, including gated phases and formal design reviews
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
