A remarkable retail business based in Witney are looking to hire a new Sales Assistant to join the team and business. The role as Sales Assistant will report directly to the store manager and assistant manager and be amongst other sales assistants in the team. Key duties for the role will involve: Retail sales Aiding customers and delivering 5 star customer service Meeting & greeting customers Handling customer orders, requests & returns Demonstrating vast product knowledge Payment processes Stock management Visual merchandising Aiding in keeping store appearances high The business would like to see candidates with a number of the below aspects forming there background: Previous retail sales experience Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills A background working within a luxury or a premium environment such as Jewellery, Watches, Fashion, Cars, Technology etc would be advantageous however not essential Someone with a willingness to learn about new products An understanding of the moment and emotion that goes with customers buying high end jewellery / luxury goods. Has great listening skills Team player Able to commit to an in-store role based in Witney.
