Specialist I, Fraud Investigation (TCF) Job Description JOB PURPOSE This role will be focused on responding to threats to the security of sensitive assets; patterns of insider threat criminal activity that may result in policy violation, illegal activity, or compromise of sensitive assets; investigations triage; and all executed in confidential and professional manner. Contribute to execution of the Insider Threat program in the company to deter, detect and mitigate insider threat, including but not limited to employee education, awareness, and training, gathering information for a centralized analysis, reporting and response capability. Assist in development of policy, procedures, standards, etc. Typical activities include, but are not limited to, supporting or sometimes leading assigned investigations, or DLP incidents, maintaining case documentation, supporting proactive reviews or assessments by performing control checks, monitoring & tracking corrective & preventive action plans to closure, preparing monthly metrics, preparation of material or records for oral briefings, team presentations, in person or remote interview of persons of interest and working outside normal business hours. Results are achieved through direct interaction as well as influencing other internal groups or persons to work with you to achieve results. Travel will be required. Will be required to participate in incident response & ability to think outside the box. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Insider Risk & Compliance Process & Program Perform the required documentation work for Insider Risk & Compliance framework. Be clear about, and be able to discuss Insider Risk & Compliance objectives in all relevant conversations with Business, IT, HR focals, etc. Have the highest Integrity and Ethical standards. Identify automation opportunities, and contribute to ideas for better metrics, reporting and processes Metrics, analysis creation by review of different reports – GSA, NNI, Floor reviews, etc. Ensure participation in regular cadence or, team governance for achievement of required deliverables Proactive Risk Identification, Evaluation & Management Business Assurance responsibilities (as assigned): Follow-up for PFCU attestations with assigned Account or Site owners Collect artefacts & check accuracy of attestations Publish monthly reports Participate in GSAs, NNIs, Floor reviews, as and when assigned Incident Management & Investigations Support assigned investigations while maintaining the required paperwork, electronic records, or other case documentation Conduct sample testing, log correlation, social media analytics, etc., as necessary Document incident reports, Maintain quality of incident reports Ensure chain of custody & investigation related documentation is maintained for all assigned cases Education & Awareness Assist in design of materials for employee education, awareness, & training for use within the company catering to different roles & levels within the company Uphold Concentrix values, and ensure high degree of integrity & confidentiality ACCOUNTABILITY Ensure teamwork & support co-workers, supervisors & external/ internal team members to achieve the objectives of Insider Threat Team.
