Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience in an HR generalist, management, or business partner role
* Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results
* Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions
* Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis, and organizational design and development
* Experience managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change initiatives
* High proficiency in English
* (Desirable) Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
* (Desirable) Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization
* (Desirable) Knowledge of national and local employment laws and regulations
* (Desirable) Experience translating business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer‑focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs
* (Desirable) Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
* (Desirable) Experience delivering results for large, cross‑functional initiatives/projects
* (Desirable) Professional HR certification (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent European certification)
* (Desirable) Experience with a global technology company, preferably in cloud computing or enterprise software
