The Job
* Recruit high-quality candidates by sourcing via various job boards, linked in and recruitment platforms.
* Telephone screen candidates, assessing suitability and compliance for roles.
* Confidently generate new sales business & bring on new temporary or permanent jobs to increase revenue on your desk.
* Ensure all bookings are inputted on the system for payroll and liaise with any necessary departments in relation to manging your team of staff.
* Form strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring an excellent delivery of service at all times.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the compliance, requirements and industry in relation to your desk.
* New business and account development working with some of the UKs leading blue chip brands or the booming NHS sector
You Will Be
* An experienced and motivated sales individual keen to get on the phone and progress within the business.
* Motivated to make money and increase revenue.
* Well organised & able to prioritise tasks.
* Confident using technology and social media
