Sales Negotiator – Residential Property
Location: Leeds
Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £35,000–£40,000
Hours: Full-time, office-based

The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to completion — working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment.
Day to day, you will:
Speak with and qualify active buyers
Conduct viewings and drive urgency
Negotiate offers with confidence and commercial awareness
Progress deals through to completion
Manage multiple transactions at pace
Keep momentum in every deal — no stagnationThis is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and thrives on getting deals over the line.
